Refund policy

KALCODE FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kalcode.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

6. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is approved.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may affect when the refund appears. If you do not see the refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@kalcode.com.
